How do i tell my mom i know i have ADHD?

i have it, and my mom hasn't told me yet. you may be saying- no u don't have it it she didn't tell you, but too bad, because i tound clues. lots of them. its so dumd though cuz i already figured it out. she has a book on her shelf that says taking charge of ADD/ADHD in children and teens. ITs alwaus there... and she talks about it to her freinds on the phone... she said yea, steph deos have ADHD. why won't she tell me. HOW DO I TELL HER. i also have dyslexia btw..
