I'm always trying to lose weight. I run 4-6 miles at the least 4 times a week. I eat healthy plus I'm vegetarian. I feel like I never lose weight though. People always call me skinny and bony, but I never believe them because some know I've suffered with an eating disorder. So basically I'm asking if I will I ever get to the point where I can tell if I'm skinny enough or is my mind permanently warped?
