I am so ashamed - Why is England so Dirty?

I agree. It because the government like to spend the money on 2nd homes and furniture for those 2nd homes. Also they like to get a taxi to and from work and lunch in the middle at the taxpayers expense all without breaking into their pay. If you go to London the only place you can find a toilet is McDonald's! Fortuently there are tons of them, but you would think in one of the richest countries in the world they would be able to afford clean, public toilets?
